Conversions are tracked through your affiliate link and a 90-day cookie. If someone you referred doesn't use your link they will not register as a conversion for you, we cannot manually apply commissions. Please ensure your referrals complete their purchase using the same device and browser where they clicked your link.

Any refunded or disputed payments will be denied commission to ensure we don’t pay commission on a returned payment. When a disputed payment is resolved and if CloudNexx wins the dispute, retaining the payment, the commission will then be paid out following the next payment schedule.

Once you have access to the Affiliate Portal you can go to the Affiliate settings and add your payout method, currently we only offer PayPal.

Once you are logged into the Affiliate Portal you can go to affiliate earnings to view all important metrics & pending / approved conversions in real-time so you can see how your referral link is performing.

No, if you are an affiliate you can not use your own link or any other affiliate's referral link. This would be considered fraud and is against the Referral Program Agreement. If you are an affiliate and you would like to use CloudNexx to help with your sales process you will have to purchase a subscription without using a referral link.

There are some restrictions for affiliates who use Paid Traffic as their primary promotional channel. If you are sending paid traffic (PPC, PPV, Media Buys) to CloudNexx, it is required that you send the traffic through a landing page or a web property first. We don't allow direct linking without prior written approval from the affiliate team. Although we do allow paid traffic as long as it doesn’t directly link to CloudNexx, you are not permitted to use CloudNexx trademarks, with or without modifiers or misspellings, in the ad copy or as keywords.
